Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the globe.

Where do you ship from?
We currently ship directly from our international warehouses to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. After this window, your order may already be in processing. Once received, you can still return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). During holidays or sales events, please allow extra time for processing.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within:

  • USA: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices on our site are listed in USD and tax-free. Depending on your country, you may be responsible for import duties or taxes once your package arrives. These are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by KwiAwi.

If this happens, please email us at support@kwiawi.com with your order number, photos, and details. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited back to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit/debit card, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are usually quicker.
